Shipping Policy

Where we ship

YOGA JILL, LLC ships worldwide from the United States. All prices and charges are in USD(US dollars) only. Some remote destinations may be unavailable; if we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: a flat USD $6.00 per order.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over USD $80.
• Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
• United States: estimated 4–8 business days after processing.
• International: estimated 8–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and peak seasons can extend delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Order tracking

A confirmation email is sent when you place your order, and a second email with tracking is sent when it ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our refund policy and returns policy for details.
