What currency are prices in?
All prices are in USD (US dollars) only. The currency code is shown next to every price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Checkout is secured with HTTPS and handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. International orders may incur import duties or customs fees set by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
What name appears on my statement?
Charges appear from the descriptor YOGAJILL APPAREL.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the United States. A few remote destinations may be unavailable; if we can't ship to you, we'll refund you in full.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat USD $6.00, and it's free on orders over USD $80.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. US delivery is typically 4–8 business days after processing; international is 8–20 business days depending on customs.
Returns & hygiene
What's your return window?
You can return eligible, unworn apparel with tags and hygiene stickers attached within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return socks or headbands?
For hygiene reasons, socks, headbands, hair ties, gloves, and wristbands are final sale once opened, unless the item is defective. Sealed, unopened hygiene items can be returned within 14 days.
What if my item is defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — including hygiene items.
Products & fit
How do I choose a size?
See our style guide for a full size chart in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What are your clothes made of?
Each product page lists the exact fiber content and country of origin. Most stretch apparel is a nylon/spandex or polyester/spandex blend.
I have sensitive skin — anything I should know?
Our stretch apparel contains spandex (elastane). If you have a known sensitivity to elastic fibers, test the fabric against your skin before extended wear.
Do you copy other brands?
No. Every Yogajill design is original — pure tones, geometry, and nature. We never sell counterfeits or copies of other brands.
