Refund Policy

Overview

All transactions are processed in USD (US dollars). This policy explains when YOGA JILL, LLCissues refunds. It works together with our returns & exchanges policy, which describes which items are eligible to be returned.

When you are eligible for a refund

• You returned an eligible item (unworn apparel with tags) within the 14-day return window, and it passed inspection.
• Your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, and you reported it within 30 days with photos.
• We were unable to ship to your address or fulfill your order.
• Your order was canceled before it shipped (see cancellations below).

When a refund is not available

• Opened hygiene items — socks, headbands, hair ties, gloves, and wristbands — which are final sale once opened, unless defective.
• Worn, washed, or used apparel, or items returned without tags or hygiene stickers.
• Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior approval.
• Original shipping charges, except where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

How much is refunded

Approved refunds cover the price you paid for the eligible item(s). Outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Processing time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process approved refunds within 5–10 business daysto your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds appear from the descriptor YOGAJILL APPAREL.

Order cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve nearly all concerns quickly and directly. Filing a dispute before contacting us can delay resolution.
