Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your practice wardrobe. Here is exactly what can be returned, and what — for hygiene reasons — cannot.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange of eligible apparel within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached, in their original packaging.

Hygiene items — final sale

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, unless the item is defective or was sent in error:

  • Non-slip yoga socks
  • Headbands and hair ties
  • Grip yoga gloves
  • Sweat-wicking wristbands
  • Any gift box or accessory bundle containing the items above, once opened

This is standard practice for intimate and body-contact apparel. Please choose these items carefully. Sealed, unopened hygiene items may be returned within the 14-day window.

Items that are not returnable

  • Worn, washed, or visibly used apparel.
  • Items without original tags or hygiene stickers.
  • Opened hygiene items (see above).
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@yogajill.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. See our full refund policy for details.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change a size or color is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, mention it in your return email and we will help where stock allows.

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — including any hygiene items.
